Administration doesn’t seem to take action upon hearing concerns or complaints and have actually been very unprofessional and threatening towards family member. We chose Edna Tina Wilson Living Center for my wife because the others wouldn’t accept her. I am impressed with the room that she has. I haven’t had an opportunity to really spend a lot of time with the nurses, but they did quite a bit on the first day checking her out. They are trying to get comfortable with each other and I think they’re doing a good job. They’re doing an excellent job with the food, too.
